Mr Sello Mogodiri the Director, holds a B.Proc and LLB degrees and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Corporate Law. Mr Mogodiri now has 15 years of post admission experience. Mr Mogodiri commands extensive experience in the field of Employment Law, having acted in an advisory position to Senior Management of a major Banking Institution. He further specialises in all kinds of litigation, both in the lower courts and High Courts. He has taken part in the processes of review of company policies and procedures in various institutions both in the public and private sector as well as participation in investigation and prosecution of transgressions and or violations of policies. He currently sits on Ad Hoc basis as the chairperson of Investigation Committee established to deal with Forensic Investigations at the CIDB. Mr Mogodiri also does a fair amount of Commercial as well as Third Party Liability claims and/or litigation for City Power Johannesburg.

He has lectured in the Johannesburg Law School on Civil Procedure and he specializes in litigation.

Mr Kagiso Kgasi has got 15 years post-admission experience and holds a B Proc and an LLB Degree from the University of Pretoria. He has also completed the Advanced Diploma in Compliance and the Corporate Finance and Securities Law Programme at the University of Johannesburg. Mr. Kgasi has had a successful career involving banking, commercial legal advice, regulatory compliance and advice, contract management and company secretarial services. Mr. Kgasi has provided legal advice and drafted contracts in various areas of commercial law including companies, banking and financial services, property, credit, medical schemes, public procurement and information technology.
